FedEx has more than 500 facilities-based and work-at home customer service representatives that it needed to consistently communicate to in order to maintain it’s high standard of customer service. With a KIT digital cloud-based solution, FedEx was able to create an online “town hall” environment with live webcasts of company updates, synchronized PPT slides, and managed Q&A to facilitate interaction and to create an in-person experience. With KIT digital, FexEx centralized its communications to significantly save on travel expenses and eliminated satellite transmission costs by switching to broadband-delivered video.
