Delta Air Lines

When Delta acquired Northwest Airlines, it needed a way to effectively communicate with its employees worldwide to ensure a smooth transition between the two businesses. As many of Delta’s employees are constantly on-the-go, Delta needed a solution to communicate updates in real-time to all employees, colleagues, and staff. With a KIT digital solution, Delta began to stream weekly live updates from the CEO to mobile and iDevices. These were then made available on demand for anyone who was in-air or unavailable to listen to the scheduled broadcast. After the merger, Delta extended its relationship with KIT to start DeltaTube, an internal communications video system that features executive messaging, internal training, and company news on various devices.
