







A subsidiary of Chello Media, the content division of the world’s third largest cable company Liberty Global, Canal Cocina wanted to satisfy the demand to break down the barriers between paid cable networks and broadband in order to make it easier for its subscribers to watch both pay television and the video they get from their home broadband network on multiple screens. Canal Cocina selected KIT digital for its extensive experience implementing Web TV and video on demand solutions for telecommunications companies and cable networks. KIT digital designed a solution to bring Canal Cocina from a traditional pay TV network to a business that leverages the Web and custom iPhone apps to drive new viewers to its TV channel and to engage them in a customized, socially-driven online experience on PCs, iDevices, and connected TVs.
